This playgroup takes place at lewiston public library. I must say this is the best library in me that we have been to. It’s easy to find and parking is street so you could end up walking a bit.

The play group is on Thursdays from 3 to 5 and Saturday’s 1030 to 1230. Display group says it is from ages 0-6 .The room itself that the group is held in is on the smaller side but inside it there is plenty to do; From blocks to different potato heads, baby dolls, a small clubhouse, cars and diplos. Outside the room, you can find some more fun with a giant walking castle with foam blocks for kids build as they wish. Along the wall is a fine motor skill alligator thing For kids of all ages to play with and manipulate. The walls of the castle are decorated as such, and it makes for realistic pretend play. There is also a table, Outside of the council in the outside of the play group room, covered in white paper with markers and crayons to draw and color. Also on the children’s floor in the back is a bigger table with what it looked to be blocks and older building materials. There’s a room off to the side known as a bat cave. Its a dark and room with small bean bags and books, however it is for ages eight and older. We specifically went for the playgroup. Although we were the only kids there for quite a while. About halfway through some other kids showed up, but i’m not sure they were necessarily there for the playgroup but my kids did play with them anyways.
