I love love love this playground. It has only one disadvantage and it’s not strong enough to stop us from coming here weekly. Finding it is easy and so is parking. The playground is directly in front of the lot.

The first thing your kid will probably notice is the giant sandbox filled entirely (mostly) with dump trucks, excavators, some other trucks I don’t know the name of and various buckets and shovels. My son could spend all day in here. My daughter really enjoys it too!

To the left of the sandbox is a medium size structure. It has steps, a curved ladder, a rock wall and a metal net type thing to climb up to the only platform. From the platform is a long double slide and a tubular slide. Behind or beside this, whatever way you’re looking at it is a swing set with two bucket swings. This is always being used. Every. Single. Time.

Behind the sandbox is a huge spider web climbing sturcture. My daughter loves this and finally made it to the top and back down with no help from us! Anyway, there’s always kids here too but it’s not crowded. A few steps away is a fake rock, Boulder sturcture for climbing and a small walk through opening.

Next to this is a bigger…way bigger playground. 100% for older kids. My 4y can do it but man it makes me so nervous because it is really really high. I’m 5″11 and it’s way bigger than that. To get up to the top climb one of two giant rock walls. I won’t let my 4y do this because it’s so high and if she slips…phew. If your older kid is good with their feet and hand eye coordination they’ll like this. The way my daughter loves to get up is a curvy ladder. She’s really good at this but it still makes me nervous because it’s so high. There’s a square box chain climbing thing and a small step spiral ladder on the other side. On the top is two slides, one is hilly and the other is straight.

Beside this structure is another stand alone structure and this focuses on balance. There I’d a twist tube type thing that kids can crawl up. There is a surf board thing, where kids use there hands to hold the sides and their feet on the board and they climb up then down. The last thing here is a curved ladder with well spaced bars. These three things connect to a rock wall that starts low and gets higher. On the other side of the big playground is two regular swings and two tire swings, one low one and one a bit higher.

The only disadvantage here is the lack of shade that the playground gets. There are tables and benches that are shaded but the playground itself can be hot so we take many many water breaks here. After only coming here for the 20th time did we discover it does in fact have a porty potty which we didn’t know before. There is a big base field and a small hill and grassy are near the playground. Some giant real boulders surround a tree and is completely shaded and a lot of kids used these to balance or climb on top of.

Despite the sun being present at any given time, this playground is awesome. It has the important things for parents, tables, bathrooms and it’s close enough to the parking lot you can leave stuff in your car and get it when needed without having to bring your kid with you. The amount of trucks, vehicles and sand toys they have for the sandbox is a huge plus. I hate a sandbox with nothing to play with. There’s so many here, there’s no way kids could ever struggle over sharing. Having the two different structures is a big plus too because both my kids can do their own thing separately if they want but my 4y is still able to use the smaller structure along with the big. I don’t think many parents are comfortable with young ones on the big one, understandably. My daughter does is but I keep a close eye on her when she’s using it. She loves the fake rock climbing structure. My son loves to take the trucks and push them down the hill and all over the playground. There’s not many swings but the tire swings make up for it, I’ve noticed they are used more than the regular ones anyway. I highly recommend checking this playground out if you haven’t already. It’s great for ALL ages, from babies to 10 at the very least. The older kids can throw a baseball around in the field or use the bigger structure to burn off energy. Littles can occupy the sand box for hours on end and the smaller structure seems to be a huge hit with young ones too.
