Finding this place is a breeze and parking even easier. We went during their last hours of being open and it was practically empty. I can imagine it’s busy on a rainy day or weekend. The price is high in my opinion, for children all day play is $17 each additional child is $15 and infants (12-23m) is $13. For two adults and non-crawlers it’s free.
Like most indoor places this places is a socks only place. They even go so far as to provide slip on slides outside the bathrooms to put on during use and them remove again before playing. There’s plenty of storage for your belongings. To save time I would have their waiver signed before going.
Immediately after paying, there’s a giant indoor playplace. If you need to follow your child through it, there’s more room in here than most other play houses I’ve been through. On the “ground floor” there is a soft house with the walls knocked out that kids can rebuild (almost like tetris but in real life) with the blocks provided. There’s a netted section with two ways in and out with balls scattered and small cloth bags to fill. Take these balls to the next level of the playhouse where kids can fire them out of a cannon, either randomly like my daughter did or they can try and hit a target. There were six of these cannons. Also on the ground floor is a small walk through maze surrounding thr sides and back. It is dark back here and loud because of a generator running under some slides (dont worry its blocked off so kids cant play with it). The maze itself isnt all that remarkable. It has some swinging bags to push through, 2 big round tubes that go in opposite directions to also move your way through and lastly a small spinning sturcture which you dont even really need to spin to get through. Coming out of the maze there is a zipline type thing except its not angled so you kinda have to push your kid while they hang on.
Balance bridges and triangular shaped obstacles are scattered throughout the top level. There are 5 slides, one of them is very very slick. I went down with my son and he let go before I did, so for me coming down I felt like I was going to slam into him which I did but I was able to move mostly out of the way and sideways. The other four slides are your typical hilly slides and you don’t go as fast these were perfect for my 17m. There is another twisty slide though you have to climb through the space a bit to get to it and NO adult is going to be able to fit through the opening TO the slide to help their kid. I was able to reach my arm through to help my son on but I could here him crying from inside of it but he eventually scooted his way down. A bit more into the maze is a fabric netted floor and tons of space for you to watch your kids run around. My 4yo loves these types of floors however my 17m old was weary at every single one but can definitely walk them.
An extra space off to the right of the building is for children 5 and under. It has small push gate that goes into a space covered with soft mats. A carousel takes up a big amount of space in this area. It has four moon shaped swings which was hard to balance on for both my 4yo and 17m. If your kid can balance on this, you the parent can then spin this carousel around. I wish this was better designed because my daughter kept coming back to it and leaving with frustration. There is a smaller climbing play place that leads to a slide that then leads I to a shallow ball pit.
Soft blocks form a climbing sturcture for young walkers and new climbers and from what I saw a spot for parents to take a seat. The walls of this section have attached games and puzzles. There were lots of these and lots of variety, my 4yo tried them all but no interest came from my toddler.
There’s plenty of seating for adults who want to just let there kids go and run inside the play place. Arcade games are in between the two sturctures, the toddler section and big place place, but not many.
The bathrooms are very clean and as I stated before there is footwear outside the bathrooms specifically to keep the play areas as clean as possible. There is food available but at our visit this was closed. There is a dedicated nursing room for breastfeeding mamas but I didn’t notice until we were leaving so I just ended up feeding my son on one of the many seats available.
For the hour drive to get here, I think this place is best if you can spend 3 hours or more here (2 or less is just not worth it unless you live closer). If you’re in the area already and have a couple hours to waste this place is also good for that. I wouldn’t make this your only thing to do for the day unless, again, you’re planning on staying for 3+ hours, which is doable.
