9 Hambleton Ave, Brunswick, ME 04011
Easy to find parking with street parking but finding a spot wasn’t an issue. The playground is fenced in and is a good mix of shady and sunny.
The sturcture is quite small and its suitable for all ages, although I overheard someone saying they would let their toddler on it and he looked a little younger than my 17m, who would have loved this playground.
It has steps leading up to a double slide or a wobbly bridge. The wobbly bride leads to a twisty slide and straight and narrow slide. Another way up is by a spiral ladder or a curved ladder. There’s a set or monkey bars near the double slides. You can play tic-tac-toe right before the bridge. Off to the side is a bucket swing and some regular swings.
This one isn’t worth the 40m drive by itself but if I’m in the area or I lived much much MUCH closer I could see myself navigating here. It’s small enough for toddlers and enough for kids like my 4y. There’s no bathroom nearby but it is shady and not as busy as the other surrounding parks.
